Sarah (Sejin) Kang
Sarah, a Korean-born artist, studied Fine Art Painting at Seoul Women's University before moving to Canada in 2003. She initially taught children's art until 2020, when the pandemic led her to focus fully on her own artistic practice. Now teaching at Pomo Art, Sarah works with acrylics and watercolors.
Her work is inspired by her readings, nature, and personal beliefs, often exploring formless, fluid shapes that reflect the beauty and resilience of the natural world. Through her art, she seeks to capture both external beauty and inner depth, letting her thoughts and experiences guide her creative journey. Sarah’s evolving artistic vision is shaped by open-mindedness and the world around her.
