#21 Port Moody Police Department Community Garden
This community garden provides members of the community a place to grow their own food, meet their neighbours, and add to the vibrancy of Port Moody near the safety and security of the Police Department.
Join us for a special day at the community garden! Take a leisurely stroll through our vibrant garden and connect with local artists who will be showcasing their work amidst the beauty of our growing plants.
Experience the creativity that flourishes alongside the crops, and meet your neighbours in a space that brings people together. Whether you're a green thumb or an art lover, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Stop by for our first musical performance by Adam Janis from 4 to 6 pm.
Address: 3051 St. Johns Street, Port Moody

Korae Pearl
Using art as a language, I share a dialogue between myself and my environment, using visual inspiration from human biology and the natural world. Common themes I explore include identity, gender, human experience and the passage of time. Using a combination of drawing techniques, textile processes, and the mixing of mediums I like to create texture and detail while often coming back to my favorite color red; lending a heavy theme throughout my art.

Lynda Smith
Lynda Smith raised three children in Lillooet, BC. There, she spent many years cooking at the hospital and in logging camps. Following her childhood passion, Lynda began training horses and coaching riders in 1997. Moving to Comox in 2012, she left the horse industry and transformed an urban lot from Lawn to Food production. She built Lawn to Food Urban Farmstand to sell produce, baking & garden creations to the neighbourhood. Lynda competed on Food Network’s Chopped Canada, where she shared her “Grow Food!” message nationally.
In 2021, she relocated from Vancouver Island to Coquitlam, BC and started Junco Studio. Lynda and her husband, Dave, are now closer to their 8 grandchildren, who inspire her to expressively create every. single. day.

Atlin Morgan & Daniel Sinclair
Although solo artists in their own right, Vancouver-born, classically trained Atlin Morgan (piano and vocals) and Prairie-born Daniel Sinclair (finger-style guitar and vocals) have been weaving magic as a collaborative duo for almost two years; their voices a rare and beautiful blend and their contrasting writing styles of western folk and cinematic ballad and blues adding variety to their sets, while still feeling cohesive.
Their original songs, often performed with virtuosic flair, sweep listeners away with their evocative storytelling, creating an unforgettable experience.
Daniel and Atlin have enjoyed playing together at various outdoor festivals such as Car Free YVR and Musart Cates Park Concert Series as well as shows at venues like Second Floor Gastown.
