Activity: DIY Sticky Note Show
Come join One More Life Gallery in Queen Street Plaza and make your mark! Everyone is invited to create their own sticky note artwork and add it to our gallery wall. Take inspiration from our artworks on display and draw your own. Sticky notes and drawing supplies are provided, just bring your creativity! We encourage participants of all ages to join this drop in activity.
Flavia Chan
Flavia is a Vancouver-based artist who beautifully blends cuteness with melancholia through her unique characters. Her art reminds us of the beauty in life’s emotional ebbs and flows and the importance of even the tougher moments in shaping our journeys.
Flavia specializes in pen and ink, watercolor, digital painting, and toy customization. Her latest projects focus on bringing her characters to life as figurines cast in resin.
She has had the pleasure of exhibiting internationally, with her latest solo show taking place in Tampa, Florida. Her passion for art and teaching flows back into her community through her pop-up gallery, One More Life.
Ayushi Puri
I’m Ayushi, an artist based in Vancouver who loves experimenting with unexpected materials—especially espresso. I create paintings using brewed coffee on canvas, cardboard, paper, and found objects, transforming a familiar morning ritual into a warm, textured art experience.
Visit me for a rich hands-on experience, painting with espresso. It’s messy, fun, and smells amazing.
Debbie Alvarado
A self-taught artist, I specialize in mixed media, utilizing acrylics, gouache, pastels, watercolours and collage. My work, deeply influenced by the Impressionists, focuses on landscapes, nature, florals, and animals, capturing the beauty I see around me. I find inspiration in outdoor experiences and aim to evoke a sense of belongingness with nature. Alongside painting, I dabble in photography and explore fibre art through needle felting.
Dio Ostuni
I’m Dio Ostuni, a Brazilian artist who has lived in Canada since 2015. My passion for art is the driving force of my life. During my journey, I had the honour of becoming a Professor of Art and Design, and today, I spend my time exploring BC to sketch and paint the places I visit while working on great animation, games and design projects.
Erika Hance
I'm an illustrator, craft enthusiast, freelance designer, and indie game developer with a lifelong love for manga, anime, and storytelling. I enjoy creating fan art, dreaming up original characters, and drawing cats in comedic scenarios.
At the Art Shuffle, I’ll showcase original illustrations (and/or designs) on prints, stickers, buttons, keychains, and polymer clay earrings. I have been creating and selling art for several years and am excited to share my work with the Port Moody community!
Fanny Ip
Fanny expresses her creativity through Chinese watercolor paintings on rice paper. As an artist, she has always been inspired by nature. She depicts the colors, rhythms and atmospheres of flora, birds and landscape from her experiences. Flowers and birds are the primary subjects which she uses in her artwork to create a harmonious nature, in order to raise awareness of the threat to birds and flowers caused by human displacement of their natural habitats.
Geraldine Yaris
Geraldine Yaris is a queer, multidisciplinary artist and cultural worker committed to fostering creativity within her community through as many different mediums as she can. Some of her favourites include painting, dessert catering, event decorating and of course, the occasional karaoke night. Although her current routine involves spending most days at a desk, Geraldine draws upon her background in sports, instilling in herself the values of teamwork, staying active, and cultivating a positive environment for all.
Hazel Cheng
Hazel’s art looks for happiness in all the simple things, capturing fleeting moments with a childlike wonder. She embraces the themes of beauty, strength, and resilience through traditionally “feminine” activities such as making garments, baking and coaxing flowers from seed. Sweet and gentle creatures like guinea pigs and rabbits form the character driven aspects of her art-play.
Hee-won Shin
My illustrations are inspired by personal memories and everyday experiences. My works connect with viewers through shared emotions, inviting them into the spaces of the artwork. Through rich details, my art resonates on a deeply personal level, encouraging an emotional connection with the subjects I illustrate. I strongly believe in the power of empathy, which helps both ourselves and others, even in times of hate.
Jana Rolland
Jana Rolland is a Vancouver-based visual artist whose work offers an exaggerated, vibrant perspective on the natural world. With a distinctive blend of vivid colours, dynamic brushwork, playful geometry, and abstract elements, her art bridges the gap between reality and imagination, inviting viewers to rediscover the beauty of nature in a fresh and captivating way.
Julie Epp
Julie Epp (Julily Art) is a Vancouver-based painter known for her pop-surrealistic figurative portraits. Her artworks seamlessly blend elements of plants, animals, insects, and flowers. Influenced by art nouveau, historical and mythical narratives, as well as science and nature, Julie draws inspiration from both old masters and contemporary artists. This influence has shaped her artistic journey, prompting a continuous exploration of techniques and ideas derived from these sources.
Kathrine Alamouti
I'm an emerging multi-disciplinary artist based in Vancouver, BC, Canada with a focus in soft sculptures following themes of intercreature relationality. I will be bringing some of my soft sculptures, prints, and stickers.
Kit Liu
LOCALRASCAL (Kit Liu) is a Canadian artist and illustrator, working with copper etching, graphite, and ink to join the tender roots of nostalgia and the macabre, under a touch of whimsy. Born and raised by the cemetery, her work is inspired by the spaces dedicated to death and the dead; where nature, religion, and culture converge in our mortal realm.
Kit graduated from Emily Carr University of Art + Design in 2022.

Madeline Cheung
Madeline (Myui) is an illustrator from Burnaby that creates work featuring bold shapes and interesting interpretations of common topics across design, narrative, and informational projects. She mainly works in watercolour with some sprinkles of digital and mixed media.
My demo will be live watercolour painting of a design that will be drawn up and prepared ahead of time.

Hi, my name is Maureen. I am an artist and illustrator from Vancouver, BC. I make paintings primarily with watercolour and ink, and sometimes gouache. My work is inspired by my love of nature, literature, mythology, and secret worlds hidden below the surface. I enjoy going for walks around my neighbourhood and trying to understand the secret lives of the animals and plant life I see around me.
Rebekah Maurice
Hi there, I’m Bek, Rebekah Maurice, I’m an artist, illustrator and graphic designer based in Vancouver. I run BEK Design, a stationery and lifestyle brand that aims to inspire optimism, support mental health and encourage self-care. I have been involved in the Vancouver market scene for several years including Eastside Flea, Make It and Got Craft, and Circle Craft and have exhibited my work in two solo exhibitions. My work is known for its use of colour, hand-lettering and optimism. I take inspiration from my life, conversations with friends and solo travels.

Rhi Forsyth is an illustrator and tattoo artist from the rainy city of Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Our whole family is big on taking care of nature and doing our share to make our planet better for generations to come. We have grown from the modest beginnings of a few soap varieties and house cleaners into a company that offers more than 20 different kinds of soaps. Many other products got introduced over the last few years, and we are constantly experimenting with new products.

Cassandra Sakowicz (also known as Blooming in the Gloom) is a multidisciplinary artist from Port Moody, BC, working in painting and crystal bead jewelry. A self-taught creative with local art class experience, her work invites playful self-expression and emotional curiosity. Through vibrant, intuitive pieces, Cassandra encourages others to explore life without expectations — only the quiet knowing that we are already love. Whether on canvas or in jewelry, her art offers space to reconnect with yourself, embrace joy, and find beauty in unexpected places.

Lucy Lombos
I’m an author who writes across multiple genres- children's books, novels, short stories, etc. Last month, I was honored with an award from the International Impact Book Awards for my novel, "The String of Saga Seeds," a recognition that deeply inspired me. That moment sparked the idea to join the Art Shuffle, believing that books, like all art forms, are powerful expressions of creative imagination, emotion, and human experience.
