Debra lives in Vancouver with her dog Luna. Her daily walks in Pacific Spirit Park provided the inspiration for this book.  As an early lover of nature – walking in the woods or along the shores of Vancouver’s beaches provided a welcome respite from a busy life. Spending time in nature, especially going into the woods often provides a mental refresh that Debra feels is an important skill for all people in today’s fast-paced society.
